Matsudayama Herb Garden

This herb garden is located inside of Nishihirahatake Park in Matsudasoryo, Matsuda Town, Kanagawa prefecture. It raises a large variety of herbs on its 3,667-square-meter ground.
Visitors can view the seasonal herbs while strolling the path through the garden.
The area is on small mountain, so there are a lot of slope and stairs to arrive.  

Early Cherry Blossom

There are about 360 trees of Kawazu Zakura, which is the early cherry blossom.
Every year, around February to March there are Matsuda Sakura Festival there.
Together with the early cherry blossom, the yellow flowers – Hoary Mustard – bloom around.
The view of the vivid pink color of the early sakura, with the yellow flowers and the blue sky, makes it to be very beautiful, and it feels like spring has arrived, even though it is still February. 

Mt.Fuji View

On a sunny day, you can have a stunning view to Mt.Fuji.
So it is an opportunity to photograph Mt.Fuji with the sakura. 
In the place the also an slide to ride, all under cherry blossom tunnels., and swings to enjoy around.
