Autumn in Japan is one of the country’s most beautiful seasons. As summer transitions to autumn, Japan begins to cool down, offering temperate weather that’s perfect for outdoor walks. The fall season starts roughly from mid September, through October and November, and into early December.
The trees turn to vibrant of red, orange, and yellow. And the combination of cool weather with the striking sights that what makes fall to the one of the most popular seasons for traveling to Japan.
Each year, the autumn roughly starting in mid September at Hokkaido (and mostly at the mountain area of Hokkaido which is called – “The most early autumn in Japan”) , and the fall colors are slowly moves southwards from the northern until it reaches the lower elevations of central and southern Japan towards the end of November. Some areas remain colorful into early December.
